CREDICLUB, S.A. DE C.V., S.F.P. (hereinafter "CREDICLUB") in compliance with the current legislation, includes among its organizational principles the compliance and security of Confidential Information, both internal and external. Employees are trained to properly handle Confidential Information. When using other companies to provide services to us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of the information they receive. To carry out the tasks described in this Notice of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information, the following is established:

The Confidential Information RECEIVER is the natural or legal person, who according to this notice must keep and maintain the confidentiality of any information that is sent, received, provided or made known to them related to the various:

Processes, Manuals, Contracts, Agreements, Acts, Orders, Requests, Clients, Strategic Plans, Marketing Plans, Market Studies, Conversations, Talks and Negotiations in general, that are established between the RECEIVER and CREDICLUB.

Therefore, they may not disclose, reproduce or trasmit that information by any written, physical, electronic or conversational means whatsoever to third parties or to the general public; nor may it summarize, modify or alter it in any way, or give it a commercial use or other than that authorized, without the prior written consent of CREDICLUB, the owner of said information.

The term CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION includes, but is not limited to: Discoveries, ideas, designs, technical specifications, drawings, models, data, programs, documentation, processes, customer lists, databases, electronic information, source codes, object codes, routines, procedures, views, plans and policies of commercialization, collection, operation and technical and financial information, as well as architectural plans, sketches and image ideas.

At the time the information is received, security and care measures must be taken to protect the CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION against loss, theft, deviation or inadvertent disclosure; as well as to take the pertinent actions to safeguard and supervise that the confidentiality of the information is preserved and maintained, for which it assumes, from now on, the responsibility of protecting CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

The CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION that you have received, by any means or form and at any time, as well as that which you will receive in the future in accordance with this channel, is and will continue to be the exclusive property of CREDICLUB.

This Notice of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information will be governed by Mexican jurisdiction and competence, in the City of Monterrey, Nuevo León or Mexico, Federal District, at the preference, choice and election of CREDICLUB.

CREDICLUB will respond within 5 business days following receipt of said email. You may also limit the use and disclosure of your data in the event that you do not wish to receive advertising information on financial products and services, by registering in the Public Registry of Users (REUS) of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) at the following link: portal.condusef.
