CREDICLUB, S.A. DE C.V., S.F.P. (hereinafter “CREDICLUB”), in compliance with current legislation, includes among its organizational principles the compliance and security of Confidential Information, both internal and external. Collaborators are trained in the proper handling of Confidential Information. When using other companies to provide services to us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of the information they receive. To carry out the purposes described in this Notice of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information, the following are established:
The RECIPIENT of Confidential Information is the natural or legal person, who, in accordance with this medium, must keep and maintain the confidentiality of any information that is sent, received, provided or made known to him related to the various:

The term CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION includes, but is not limited to: Discoveries, ideas, designs, technical specifications, drawings, models, data, programs, documentation, processes, customer lists, databases, electronic information, source codes, object codes, routines, procedures, views, plans and policies for marketing, collection, operation and technical and financial information, as well as architectural plans, sketches and image ideas.
At the time of receiving information by this means, security and care must be taken to protect CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION against loss, theft, loss or inadvertent disclosure; as well as to take appropriate actions to safeguard and monitor that the information is kept and maintained, and so it assumes, from now on, the responsibility for protecting CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
The CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION that you have received, by any means or form and at any time, as well as that you receive in the future in accordance with this medium, is and will continue to be the exclusive property of CREDICLUB.
This Notice of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information shall be governed by Mexican jurisdiction and competence, in that of the City of Monterrey, Nuevo León or Mexico, Federal District, at the option of CREDICLUB.
CREDICLUB, for its part, will respond within 05 to five business days following the receipt of said email. You can also limit the use and disclosure of your data in case you do not want to receive advertising information for financial products and services, by registering in the Public Register of Users (REUS) of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF) at the following link: Portal.condusef.
