GPI CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Campaign Scope: Current customers of the Crediclub MA Mujer Activa group credit (butterflies and metals from any cycle).

Duration of the campaign: indefinite.

How do female clients earn?

• The members of current groups invite their friends or neighbors to join their group.
• The guest or guests only have to disburse their credit.
• The group must have a net increase of at least 2 members.
• Once the credit is disbursed, the group receives $100, $250 or $500 for each guest (net new member), depending on the amount requested from each new member.

Rules and Considerations:

The following rules must be complied with. If you fail to comply with any of them, the payment of the benefit is not granted:

• Each of the invitees must request a minimum amount of $3,000 and have it approved.
• The group must increase at least 2 new net members.
• The group must maintain or increase its group credit.

Important

• The amount must be approved.
• The benefit payment applies as long as the increase in members is net.
• The amount earned by inviting members can be deposited to a maximum of 2 people in the group. The group must decide the members (for the collection of the ODP (s)).
• The prize collected may be divided by the member (s) that the group decides.

*The collection through ODP will have a cost of $20 issued by the bank and will be deducted from your benefit. The client is recommended that the prize be deposited to only one member

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROGRAM REFER AND WIN

Campaign Scope: Crediclub MA Active Women and Mixed Credit customers.

What is the Refer and Earn program? A referral program for active Crediclub MA Mujer Activa and Mixed Credit credit clients, who schedule appointments with their acquaintances with experience in group credit (known to have had group credit in the last 6 months) and their Advisor.

Dynamics

The customer will be able to capture the data of their referrals in the league https://crediclub.com/refiere-y-gana/ then one of our sales executives will contact your referrals to explain the product and assign you an advisor.

For the initial appointment made in person with the referral with experience in group credits, the promoting client receives the amount of $100.00 m.n.

Benefits

For each referred group that opens their credit at Crediclub MA Active Women or Mixed Credit, the promoting client earns money depending on the group amount:

Special Bonuses

• The active customer of the Crediclub MA Active Woman or Mixed Credit credit who has invited at least 5 acquaintances with experience in group credits, and all 5 acquaintances have opened their group in Crediclub MA Active Women or Mixed Credit with a minimum amount of $70,000 will be entitled to a special bonus of $5,000 mx
• The active customer of the Crediclub MA Active Woman or Mixed Credit credit who has invited at least 10 acquaintances with experience in group credits, and the 10 acquaintances have opened their group in Crediclub MA Active Woman or Mixed Credit with a minimum amount of $70,000 will be entitled to a special bonus of $10,000 mxn

FIRST CYCLE WITHOUT INTEREST

Campaign Scope: New solidarity groups in Crediclub MA Active Women and Mixed Credit that are located in the following cities:, Cd. Juárez Oriente, CD. Juárez Paseo, CD. Juárez Sur, CD. Victoria, Durango Norte, Escobedo, Gómez Palacio, Guadalupe, Linares, Matamoros, Matamoros Playa, Monclova, Montemorelos, Monterrey Centro, Monterrey Pte, Monterrey Sur, Reynosa Juárez, Reynosa Sur, Sabinas, Saltillo, Santa Catarina, Tampico Norte, Torreón

Duration of the campaign: indefinite.

Dynamics:

• A Gold or Platinum group must be opened at Crediclub MA Active Women or Mixed Credit.
• The members of the solidarity group will be able to receive a bonus at the end of their first cycle and renew their credit.

Rules:

• You can only participate in one campaign at a time, which must be activated by your advisor.
• If any customer (s) do not meet the requirements, they will not be entitled to the bonus and it will not affect the rest of the group (as long as the group meets the requirements to renew and be flawless).
• The payment of all campaigns is by means of a payment order (ODP), with a cost of $20 pesos per provision of the payment order, which will be deducted from the amount of the benefit granted.
• Payment will be received once the group has disbursed its next cycle.
• The benefit only applies to the first renewal, after the second renewal you receive a promotional price where the bonus will be $3.50 per thousand and from the 3rd cycle onwards it migrates to the current pricing scheme.
• By participating in the campaign, customers accept the terms and conditions established in the campaign.
• Crediclub reserves the right to accept groups according to the group's risk conditions.

PRICES PER PROMOTION

Campaign Scope: New solidarity groups at Crediclub MA Active Women and Mixed Credit.

Duration of the campaign: indefinite.

Dynamics:

• A new solidarity group must be opened in Crediclub MA Active Women's Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum category and for Mixed Credit in the Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum category.
• Members will be able to receive a bonus at the end of their first cycle and renew their credit.

Rules:

• You can only participate in one campaign at a time, which must be activated through your advisor
• If any customer (s) do not meet the requirements, they will not be entitled to the bonus and it will not affect the rest of the group (as long as the group meets the requirements to renew and be flawless).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEBTOR SUPPORT PROGRAM

Campaign Scope: Customers in arrears of Crediclub MA Mujer Activa credit.

Duration of the campaign: indefinite.

Dynamics:

• The group leader will ensure that the group is up to date and continues to make its payments so that, once the token is liquidated, it will receive a 50% discount on each of the remaining tokens in an ODP.

Rules and Considerations:

• Groups with 8 days due and with 8+ liquidated chips.
• Ensure the payment of the token for the rest of the members.
• It is offered for the only time to the leader and does not apply if she is already in force in another campaign.

BENEFIT IN THE EVENT OF DEATH

Crediclub grants active Crediclub MA Active Women and Mixed Credit Clients a benefit free of charge in the event of their death, provided that:

• The death of the Customer is one of the first five such events requested from CrediClub in a calendar month.
• The group is up to date on its payments.
• Have served a period of 04 to four weeks as a CrediClub Customer.
• Death whether due to natural or accidental death.

When it comes to branches that have a funeral chapel agreement the benefit will be to cover funeral expenses in these chapels, for which, the relatives of the deceased must give immediate notice to the UNE, which in turn will authorize, and if necessary will notify the corresponding chapels. In addition, CrediClub may cancel the debt up to the amount of $10,000.00 (ten thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). From the second cycle onwards, the total amount of the debt will be forgiven.

B) When it comes to branches without an agreement with funeral chapels, the debit may be canceled up to the amount of $10,000.00 (fifteen thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) in the first cycle, starting from the second cycle onwards, the total amount of the debt will be forgiven.

The bonus benefit will be the amount of $15,000.00 (fifteen thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) for which, the relatives of the deceased must give immediate notice to the UNE, and must submit a copy of the Death Certificate within 30 to thirty calendar days. Upon receiving this information, CrediClub will apply the benefit.

CrediClub will be named the preferred beneficiary of this amount, so upon receipt of payment it will be applied to the Customer's outstanding balance and if the amount received is greater than said outstanding balance, the differential will be given to the designated beneficiary.

In any case, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that, in the event of death, the respective debt is not canceled or forgiven, but that joint and several obligated parties are obliged to make the corresponding payments until the amount due is settled.
